Hi, my name is Noah, I am deeply passionate about helping you feel your best by addressing pain, reducing stress, and improving overall wellness. My approach is client-centered, tailoring each treatment to meet your needs and goals of every individual I work with. I prioritize creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive environment to ensure every client feels heard, valued, and comfortable.

In addition to my technical skills, I pride myself on being empathetic, detail-oriented, and committed to ongoing learning to stay at the forefront of the industry. Some techniques I find most responsive are general Swedish massage for relaxation, trigger point therapy for tension release, or myofascial work for improved mobility. Joining this clinic represents an exciting opportunity for me to build strong relationships within the community while making a positive impact on the lives of my clients.

Some hobbies I try to do in my spare time are rock climbing, swing dancing and kayaking.

I look forward to helping you with all your healing needs.

Hello, my name is Shakira, and I am a dedicated Student Registered Massage Therapist with over two years of hands-on experience. With a solid background in the beauty industry, I have long been passionate about helping people feel better, both inside and out. Becoming an RMT has been a goal of mine for years, and I am excited that the timing is now right.

I find great fulfillment in witnessing the positive outcomes of my treatments—whether it’s improved mobility, reduced pain, or better sleep. In today’s fast-paced world, I see many individuals struggling with shoulder, neck, and lower back issues that can extend down to the feet. I specialize in addressing these concerns through a variety of techniques, including Swedish/Relaxation massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, assisted stretching, and joint mobilizations. By listening carefully to my patients’ needs, I create personalized treatment plans that not only promote physical health but also enhance emotional and mental well-being.

I am set to graduate in June 2025 and will be taking my government board exams in the fall of 2025. Outside of my studies and practice, I am a proud mother of two teenage boys. When I’m not working, I enjoy cooking new recipes, traveling, attending concerts, and spending quality time with friends. I pride myself on being approachable and an attentive listener, and I look forward to helping you achieve better health and improved quality of life.

My name is Birthe which is a Danish name, pronounced Beer-da. I grew up in the lower mainland but moved to Alberta in the early 1990 to raise my family. I am a mother of 2 adult children and grandmother of 3. I recently moved back to BC to help care for my aging family members.

I took all my massage training in Edmonton, having graduated in June 2021 from MacEwan University. I then continued my education by taking the 3-year acupuncture program while continuing to work as a RMT. Now being back in BC, I will only be working as a student/bodyworker until I take the board exams in Spring 2025.

I have knowledge of relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue, dynamic cupping, prenatal, and lymph drainage massage techniques. I specialize in whole body treatments, meaning that I will work the problem areas but also the rest of the body. This can include range of motion testing, improving body mechanics and applying stretches within and outside of treatment room.

I look forward to helping you with all your healing needs.
