🌿DIRECT BILLING POLICY
By providing your Benefit Insurance information, you consent TRNSCND HEALING WELLNESS to claim your benefits on your behalf. The claim is processed before 10 AM on the day of your appointment. We cannot guarantee direct billing if your intake form is not complete before you arrive for your appointment.
CANCELLATION FEE - Late Cancellation or No Show
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged a late cancellation fee of FULL TREATMENT RATE. This fee helps cover time reserved exclusively for you. No-shows will be charged 100% of FULL TREATMENT RATE as well
Credit Card Service Fee
To help cover credit card processing costs, a small service fee of 2.5% is added to payments made by credit card via Clover, Janeapp payment and Square. This fee will be shown clearly at checkout or on your receipt. There’s no fee for Interact Debit and Cash. Thanks for understanding!

During Weekends (Sat&Sun) the SIDE DOOR is the only OPEN - only operated with stairs

Buccal & Head Massage Therapy
Buccal Massage - targeting facial muscles and structures that uses gloved fingers to massage muscles and tissue inside the mouth (intra-oral), targeting deep facial structures, cheeks, and jawline to release tension, improve circulation, and reduce swelling or inflammation. It works on deep muscles addressing issues like TMJ pain, jaw clenching, and swelling or inflammation, leading to relaxation in the area.
Head Massage - a therapeutic treatment to relieve stress, tension, headaches, and fatigue, while improving circulation and promoting overall relaxation. It stimulates blood flow, releases muscle knots, and can enhance well-being by targeting specific pressure points.

Our certified and skilled massage therapists trained in pre natal and post natal care ready to help alleviate common discomforts such as back pain, swelling, and stress, promoting relaxation and well-being for both mother and baby. MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE THERAPY
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, rhythmic massage technique designed to stimulate the lymphatic system and encourage the natural drainage of lymph fluid throughout the body. Unlike deep tissue massage, MLD uses light, precise movements to help reduce swelling, support detoxification, and promote overall wellness.
Who Can Benefit From MLD?
Manual Lymphatic Drainage may be helpful for:
• Individuals experiencing lymphedema
• Post-surgery patients (with medical clearance)
• Those with chronic swelling or fluid retention
• People dealing with inflammation or autoimmune conditions
• Clients seeking detox support or overall wellness maintenance
• Individuals with mild sinus congestion
⚠️ Who Should NOT Receive MLD (or Should Seek Medical Clearance First)?
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is not recommended for individuals with:
• Active infections
• Untreated congestive heart failure
• Acute deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
• Kidney failure
• Certain untreated malignancies
• Fever or acute inflammatory conditions
If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether MLD is right for you, always consult your healthcare provider before booking a session.
Massage Therapy by Bodyworker (10% off for SENIORS & 10th Session is 60 mins FREE)
Massage therapy provided by our bodyworkers who are either currently in massage therapy program, preparing for their board exams or in transition to attain their licensure in BC. Treatment price are adjusted according to bodyworker's skill set and how far along they are in their program to ensure to meet your needs. We advise that these treatments are used as teaching opportunities and may be supervised with client consent. **This is NOT eligible for reimbursement through insurance plans**
